These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at skydiamonds.com and any purchases or services provided by Sky Diamonds of Nevada LLC (“Sky Diamonds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using this website or purchasing products from Sky Diamonds, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

Eligibility to Use the Website

By using this website or purchasing products from Sky Diamonds, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law.

This website and our services are intended for customers located in the United States.

Products and Services

Sky Diamonds sells fine jewelry including engagement rings, wedding bands, diamonds, and custom-designed jewelry.

Products offered may include:

ready-to-ship items
made-to-order jewelry
custom-designed jewelry

Product availability may change without notice.

Sky Diamonds reserves the right to:

limit quantities
refuse service
cancel orders
verify orders prior to shipment

Diamond Specifications and Certifications

Diamonds sold by Sky Diamonds may include grading reports issued by independent gemological laboratories including:

Gemological Institute of America (GIA)
International Gemological Institute (IGI)

These grading reports are prepared by independent third-party laboratories. Sky Diamonds does not control or guarantee the grading determinations made by these laboratories.

For certain ready-to-ship engagement rings, diamond specifications such as carat weight, color, clarity, or cut may be described as approximate due to sourcing or manufacturing variations.

When a customer selects a specific diamond during the purchasing process, the product will correspond to the selected stone.

Product Photography and Display Variations

Sky Diamonds makes reasonable efforts to accurately display the colors, proportions, and appearance of jewelry and gemstones shown on our website. However, the appearance of products may vary due to factors including:

photography lighting conditions
studio enhancement techniques used to highlight details
gemstone reflectivity and light performance
differences in computer monitors, mobile screens, and device display settings

Because diamonds and gemstones interact with light differently depending on the environment, their visual appearance may vary when viewed in person under natural, indoor, or specialized lighting conditions.

Slight differences in color, brilliance, or perceived size between product images and the delivered item may occur and do not constitute a defect.

Custom Jewelry Orders

Sky Diamonds offers custom-designed jewelry.

Custom orders require CAD (Computer-Aided Design) approval before production begins.

By approving a CAD design:

you confirm the design specifications are correct
you authorize production
the order becomes final sale

Design changes may only be made before production begins.

Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Custom jewelry orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

If a customer provides their own diamond or materials for a custom piece, Sky Diamonds will exercise reasonable care but assumes no responsibility for damage resulting from inherent material conditions.

Pricing and Order Acceptance

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Sky Diamonds reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

We reserve the right to:

limit quantities
refuse service
cancel transactions
verify orders before shipment

Financing

Financing options may be offered through third-party lenders including:

Affirm
Shop Pay Installments
Synchrony / Wells Fargo financing programs

Financing agreements are between the customer and the lender. Sky Diamonds is not responsible for financing approvals, denials, or loan terms.

All financing terms are governed by the lender’s agreements and policies.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped fully insured.

Sky Diamonds bears the risk of loss during shipment until the package is delivered.

All shipments require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on production schedules, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Returns and Exchanges

Standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return eligibility requirements:

item must be unused
item must be in original condition
item must include original packaging and documentation

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

The following items are not eligible for return:

custom jewelry
resized rings
items altered after delivery

Once a ring has been resized, it becomes final sale and cannot be returned.

Ring Sizing Services

Sky Diamonds offers complimentary ring resizing for life.

Once a ring has been resized, it is no longer eligible for return.

Jewelry Warranty and Services

Sky Diamonds provides certain lifetime services for eligible jewelry purchased from us, including:

ring resizing
polishing
rhodium plating

For engagement rings, the warranty may include replacement of small accent stones (melee diamonds) if lost due to manufacturing issues.

For other jewelry pieces, warranty coverage may apply only to melee diamonds, depending on the product.

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidental damage, loss, theft, or normal wear.

Center Stone Responsibility

The center stone of an engagement ring or other jewelry piece is not covered under Sky Diamonds’ warranty for loss, theft, or damage.

Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate jewelry insurance to protect valuable gemstones and jewelry items.

Sky Diamonds shall not be responsible for replacement of center stones that are lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery.

Customer Content

Customers may submit reviews, testimonials, photographs, or other content.

By submitting content, you grant Sky Diamonds a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the content for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sky Diamonds reserves the right to remove or moderate submitted content at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is protected by intellectual property laws.

This includes:

logos
product images
jewelry designs
product descriptions
website graphics
branding elements

These materials are owned by Sky Diamonds or our partners.

Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit this content without written permission.

Chargebacks and Fraud

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

order cancellation
account suspension
recovery actions through collections agencies

Sky Diamonds reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and provide transaction documentation to financial institutions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or purchases from Sky Diamonds shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

The governing law for these Terms is the law of the State of Nevada.

Arbitration or legal proceedings shall occur in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to These Terms

Sky Diamonds reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
