The 126506 is Rolex's platinum Cosmograph Daytona, identifiable by its monobloc Cerachrom bezel in chestnut brown ceramic with a moulded tachymetric scale. Its ice blue dial is set off by chestnut brown counter rings, offered either plain or with the counter rings set with diamonds.
Calibre 4131 supplies the 126506 with roughly 72 hours of power reserve and a chronograph built around a centre seconds hand, a 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock and a 12-hour counter at 9 o'clock. The 40 mm platinum case is waterproof to 100 metres and includes a sapphire crystal over the dial and a sapphire window onto the movement.
