This men's wedding band is made from Damascus steel in a 7mm flat profile. The outer edges are grooved, and each groove holds a 1mm inlay of 14K rose gold, giving the band two fine warm lines that frame the patterned steel between them.
Damascus steel is formed from layers of steel, and the acid and polish finish brings that layering forward: the acid treatment darkens one alloy while the polished surface keeps the other bright, so the pattern reads as light and dark banding across the face of the ring. No two bands show exactly the same figure.
At 7mm, the band has a substantial presence on the hand without becoming bulky. The flat profile sits squarely against the finger, and the grooved edges give a defined border rather than a rounded one. The rose gold inlays add contrast against the cool grey of the steel.
