Best Price Guarantee – Official Terms & Exclusions

Summary: Sky Diamonds will beat any competitor’s currently advertised price on a comparable lab diamond engagement ring. If Sky Diamonds is unable to beat the verified competitor price, Sky Diamonds will upgrade the center stone at no additional cost, subject to the terms below. In-store purchases only.

1) Definitions

“Comparable”

A “comparable lab diamond engagement ring” must be substantially equivalent in all material respects, including (where applicable):

• Lab-grown center diamond (natural diamonds excluded)
• Diamond shape
• Carat weight (within ±0.05 ct)
• Color grade
• Clarity grade
• Cut grade (if applicable)
• Certification laboratory and/or grading report (e.g., GIA, IGI, GCAL or equivalent)
• Certification/report number (if available)
• Setting style and design (same or substantially similar)
• Metal type and purity (e.g., 14K vs 18K; platinum vs gold)
• Total carat weight for side stones (if applicable)

Comparability Determination: Sky Diamonds reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether an item is comparable.

2) Eligibility & Process Requirements

To qualify, the customer must present the competitor offer in-store prior to purchase and provide:

• Competitor name (and location if a physical store)
• A current, publicly accessible advertisement/listing
• A verifiable URL or printed ad (screenshots may be rejected if not verifiable)
• Full diamond specifications and setting specifications sufficient to confirm comparability
• Proof the item is currently in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor

Sky Diamonds may verify details with the competitor and may require additional documentation to confirm comparability and availability.

3) Eligible Competitors

This guarantee applies only to established retail jewelry stores and recognized online jewelry retailers.

Excluded Competitors/Offers

• Wholesale-only dealers or B2B pricing
• Marketplace, peer-to-peer, auction, resale, estate, or private-party listings
• International sellers (outside the United States) or offers not available to U.S. customers
• Pricing errors, misprints, typographical errors, or system glitches
• Employee, friends & family, corporate, student, military, membership/club pricing
• Coupon stacking, promo-code-only discounts, rebates, mail-in offers, gift card incentives, or store credit
• Bundled offers that include additional goods/services not included in the Sky Diamonds offer
• Liquidation, closeout, clearance, bankruptcy, or “going out of business” sales
• Limited-time flash sales or offers with materially different terms (including financing-based pricing)

4) Upgrade Terms (If We Can’t Beat the Price)

If Sky Diamonds cannot beat a verified comparable competitor price, Sky Diamonds may upgrade the center stone at no additional cost, subject to:

• Upgrade applies to the center stone only unless otherwise stated in writing
• Upgrade must be selected from available in-store inventory at the time of purchase
• No rain checks; while supplies last
• Upgrade has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or discount
• Sky Diamonds reserves the right to determine the upgrade option(s) offered

5) Additional Exclusions

This guarantee does not apply to:

• Custom-designed rings, special orders, or bespoke designs
• Previously purchased items, returns/exchanges, or price adjustments after purchase
• Layaway items (unless expressly approved in writing by Sky Diamonds)
• Pre-owned, estate, vintage, or consignment items
• Non-certified diamonds or items lacking sufficient documentation to verify specifications
• Loose stones (unless explicitly included in a written Sky Diamonds promotion)
• Offers that require financing or have materially different payment terms affecting price

6) Location, Limits & Reservation of Rights

• In-store only: Valid only for purchases made in-store at Sky Diamonds (Town Square, Las Vegas).
• Limit: One price match per customer per transaction unless otherwise stated in writing.
• While supplies last.
• Sky Diamonds reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this guarantee at any time without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
• Void where prohibited.
